Chan is a central hub of expertise and a safe space for all things relating to cannabis and hemp and we are committed to the full realisation of the plant. We are a platform that focuses on research, education and advocacy for the plant with the ultimate aim being the full legalization of Dagga and Hemp in Namibia.
